– 4 salmon fillets, skin on
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 tablespoon honey
– 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Lemon wedges, for serving

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
